Ein weiterer Schritt zur Nähsüchtigen. ;-)) Der alte Nähtisch kam komplett mit alter Nähmaschine (die leider nicht mehr zu retten war, weil fast komplett verrostet) und brauchte ein wenig Zuwendung in Form einer neuen Tischplatte und viel Lack.
Another step to becoming an addicted sewer. ;-)) The old sewing machine table still contained the old sewing machine when we got it. (Unfortunately it was so rusty that there was nothing we could do to save it, not even as a decoration.) It needed some mending, first and foremost a new surface and various coats of varnish.
Was wohl die ursprüngliche Besitzerin des Tisches zu dieser Kombination sagen würde? Wenigstens sind Tisch und Maschine von derselben Firma.
I wonder what the original owner of the table would say if she saw this combination? Well, at least the table and the machine come from the same manufacturer.
